Assistant, Human Resources
since 2016 at SGB
In 2016, I began my training as an industrial clerk. After graduating in 2019, I was hired and have been working in HR ever since. My responsibilities include continuing education management and payroll. Since 2023, I have also been responsible for occupational health management and have taken on the role of commercial training manager. In 2024, I was also given the opportunity to train as an occupational health management specialist. I also studied alongside my work. I expect to complete my Master of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on human resource management in April 2026.
Varied, fulfilling, communicative.
My work in various areas of human resources ensures that it never gets boring and that every day is a little different. My tasks give me the feeling that I am doing something meaningful and can make a difference in different ways. It is also a pleasure to have the trust of the company, which gives me the freedom to be creative and implement my own ideas. I particularly like the fact that I deal with a wide variety of people almost every day and get to know so many different and exciting perspectives.
The person should be open-minded and friendly, enjoy working in a team, and be quick on the uptake. Especially when it comes to customer contact, it is advantageous to be able to communicate well with people.
I started my career at SGB and have achieved many milestones in my training and development at this company. This makes me feel very connected to SGB.
I have also met many people with whom I now work closely and who make SGB so special.
I love being in nature. Whether it's for a long walk or a jog, the main thing is to get out into the fresh air. My dog is my faithful companion.
My favorite place is the mountains. When I have more free time or vacation time, I love to spend it there hiking. The peace and quiet, the view, and the feeling when you've made it to the top are indescribable for me.
But sometimes I like it to be a little quieter – then a cup of good cappuccino in the garden will do.
