Administrative assistant, Human Resources
Since 2016 at SGB
In 2016, I began my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. After graduating in 2019, I was hired full-time and have been working in HR ever since. My responsibilities include training management and payroll. Since 2023, I have also been responsible for workplace health management and have taken on the role of administrative training coordinator. In 2024, I was also given the opportunity to train as a workplace health management specialist. By the way, I’ve been studying alongside my work.
In April 2026, I successfully completed my Master of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
varied – fulfilling – communicative
My work across various areas of HR ensures that it never gets boring and that every day is a little different. In my role, I feel like I’m doing something meaningful and making a difference – in different ways. It’s also rewarding to earn the company’s trust, which gives me the freedom to shape my work and implement my own ideas. I particularly enjoy the fact that I interact with a wide variety of people almost every day, which allows me to gain insight into so many different – and therefore exciting – perspectives.
As an industrial clerk, you should definitely have an interest in and understanding of business operations. Additionally, a willingness to communicate and a genuine enjoyment of working with people are important, regardless of the specific field you choose after completing your apprenticeship.
In general, I believe that enthusiasm and passion for what you do are great assets. And both of these qualities can be developed exceptionally well in this profession.
I started my career at SGB and have achieved many milestones in my training and professional development at this company. That’s why I feel a strong connection to SGB.
I’ve also met many people with whom I now work closely and in trust, and who make SGB a special place.
I love being in nature. Whether it’s for a long walk or a jog—the main thing is getting out into the fresh air. My dog is my faithful companion on these outings.
The mountains are my favorite. When I have more free time or vacation, I love spending it there hiking. The peace, the view, and the feeling of having made it to the top are indescribable to me.
But sometimes I just want it to be quieter—then a cup of good cappuccino in the garden is just the thing.
