„At BCV, experience is passed down: after 20 years with the company and several career moves, I had the opportunity to become a QSE Coordinator, thanks in large part to an AFEST (On-the-Job Training) program conducted with a colleague who has 42 years of experience.“
„After 8 years in the winding department, the company gave me the opportunity to move into preparation, and then to become the preparation and shearing team leader. What I particularly appreciate is the diversity of products, the variety of tasks, and the daily collaboration with many different trades that all contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.“
„What I enjoy about my job is overseeing a project from start to finish—from defining the customer’s needs through design, manufacturing, and testing, all the way to delivery. I particularly appreciate the diversity of tasks and the challenges that each new project brings.“
