Sales Manager, Sales Cast Resin Transformers
since 2013 at SGB
In 2013, I started my training as an industrial clerk, including foreign language correspondent. After that, I was taken on by the service department for network transformers, which coincidentally was also my first training department at the time. In addition to my full-time job, I also completed further training as a technical business administrator at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. On January 1, 2025, I finally moved to the sales department for cast resin transformers, where I have been taking on new challenges as a sales manager ever since.
Analytical, communicative, solution-oriented.
In technical sales for transformers, everyday work involves understanding customer inquiries, analyzing technical requirements, and developing suitable solutions. We act as an interface between the customer and technology. We accompany projects from inquiry to completion, using both our technical understanding and our affinity for numbers, for example in calculations and quotations.
I would recommend this training program to anyone who enjoys working on projects with customers and colleagues. It also allows you to combine interests in different areas such as business and technology. You need to have a structured approach to your work and be willing to learn.
Even in challenging times, the SGB team supports each other. I also appreciate that you always have the opportunity to learn new things, and the doors are open if you want to make personal changes.
In my free time, I enjoy being active. From running and cycling to weight training, I do it all.
I'm also always up for trying out new sports.
