Since 2005 at SBG
My name is Antje, and I’ve been part of SBG since 2005. On September 1, 2005, I began my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, without realizing at the time that many years later I would be closely connected to SBG not only professionally but also personally.
During my three-year training, I quickly realized that organization, precision, and my strong aptitude for numbers were exactly the areas where I felt most at home. After successfully completing my training on August 31, 2008, I was hired as an accounts clerk in the accounting department, a field where I felt right at home from the very beginning.
My personal life also brought me even closer to the company: During my apprenticeship, I met my now-husband, who is also part of our team. We are now married and the proud parents of two children.
Reliability, responsibility, and team spirit.
In the accounting department, I ensure that our internal processes run smoothly, coordinate with colleagues from various departments, and serve as the point of contact for a wide range of issues related to numbers, bookkeeping, and procedures. Over time, I’ve been able to take on more and more responsibility. Today, I am the technical point of contact for the department.
It has been very special for me to see how the company has supported and encouraged me over the years. The journey from the start of my apprenticeship to my current responsibilities has been exciting, challenging, and very fulfilling.
I am currently on my way to the next step in my career. Feeling that I am trusted has been a huge motivational boost for me.
Balancing work and family life is also very important to me. I really appreciate that I can combine both and am supported in doing so.
