Please introduce yourself briefly

The most exciting moment for me was probably when I received the news that I had been named the best apprentice in the Saxon metal and electrical industry for 2024/2025 in the “industrial electrical profession” category. This honor means a great deal to me because it shows that my commitment and willingness to learn have paid off.

The transition from training to permanent employment was also something special for me. New tasks, new responsibilities, and at the same time the good feeling of continuing to be part of a team where I feel comfortable.

Describe your typical workday in three words

Reliability, responsibility, and team spirit.

In accounting, I ensure that our internal processes run smoothly, coordinate with colleagues from various departments, and serve as the point of contact for numerous issues relating to figures, bookings, and processes. Over time, I have been able to take on more and more responsibility. Today, I am the technical contact person for the department.

What has been your most exciting experience at the company so far?

It was very special for me to see how the company has supported and encouraged me over many years. The journey from starting my training to my current position of responsibility has been exciting, challenging, and very fulfilling.

I am currently on my way to the next step in my career. Feeling that I am trusted has been a great motivational boost for me.

The compatibility of work and family is also very important to me. I really appreciate that I can combine both and am supported in doing so.
