Below, we inform you about the collection of personal data when you are using our website. Personal data means any information on the personal or material situation of an identified or identifiable natural person (not included: legal entities such as a GmbH (limited liability company under German law) or AG (joint-stock company under German law). § 2 Collection of personal data in case of contact via e-mail or contact form

(1) When you contact us via e-mail, the data provided by you (especially your e-mail address, and possibly your name and your phone number) will be stored to answer your questions.

(2) When you contact us via the contact form on our website, we will also store the data provided by you (name, contact address, phone number, e-mail address) to answer your request.

(3) Processing is carried out on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 b) EU GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Data generated in this context will be erased once their storage is no longer required, or their processing is restricted if there are any statutory storage obligations.

§ 3 Collection of personal data upon access to our website

(1) If you use the website for informational purposes only, i. e. when you provide us with information elsewhere, we only collect the personal data that your browser transfers to our server. (4) Use of Mamoto (formerly Piwik)

(2) Furthermore, you are entitled to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data by our company.
