Ombudsman System - Whistleblowing System

We have established a whistle blower system to enable the receipt of your notes and complaints, concerning any potential human rights violation, non-compliance issues with environmental regulation and other legal regulations across our supply chain as mandated by the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).

Ensuring the confidentiality of your information is our primary concern. We have designated Attorney Mr. Thomas Sedlmayr from the law firm SWS Partner mbB in Deggendorf - Germany as the contact person of our whistle blower system. He will handle your information with strict confidentiality.

Supply Chain Due Diligence Act

Respect for human rights is firmly anchored in our corporate culture. We are committed to respecting human rights and protecting the environment and ensuring this in all our business areas and in our supply chain.

Since January 1, 2024, the SGB-SMIT Group has been obliged to fulfill due diligence obligations to protect human rights and the environment within the framework of the Supply Chain Act.
In our policy statement we explain our strategy for protecting human rights and fulfilling our environmental commitments.
